| 内容記述 | This paper is a document of the 72th Independent Symposium of the Japan Society of Research on Early Childhood Care and Education. This symposium considered professionalism in nursery school teachers in terms of the theory vs practice dichotomy in research on early childhood care and education. To achieve this, the researchers analyze the views on childcare of Sozo Kurahashi and Eiichi Mochida, and the state of nursery teacher training schools. As a result of these analyses, the following was evident. Theories on early childhood care and education are developed according to the views of nursery school teachers. These theories see the teachers as human beings, not as professionals. |
