We also analyzed the relationship between mothers’ sleep onset and wake up time, and their children’s sleep habits. The sleep behaviors of the children were as follows: mean sleep onset time 22:05 hours, mean wake up time 6:49 hours, total sleep time 474 minutes. These indices were almost the same as the results of previous research. The sleep onset time of children was positively correlated with that of mothers on weekdays, which indicated that children’s bedtime had a relationship with mothers’ sleep habits.
