A socion denotes a functional knot in social networks. In a dyad, the socion’s self-system forms a coupling of dominance and submission to explain the moral harassment relationship. In triads, the socion network balances when there are three positive relations, or two negative and one positive relations. A triad balance includes scapegoating. Therefore, the behavior of a third socion is important to rescue a victimized socion from harassment. I discuss the dynamics and formation of a triad complex consisting of four socions(the harasser, victim, and the third and fourth socions)and the structural conditions of harassment., 3, P, 論文, Article}, pages = {21--38}, title = {支配と服従の構図——ソシオン理論による分析——}, volume = {31}, year = {2018}, yomi = {ワタナベ, フトシ} }
