The Internet offers an open place outside the framework of companies.  The Internet is a small world and all the subjects are connected by strong ties or weak ties.  It is shown by deconstruction that the value chain of a company and the value system of the industry can be disconnected. When the disconnected value activity serves as a value activity module on the Internet, it becomes possible for it to be included in the business system of many other companies.  The important considerations for determining a strategic domain are customer insight to decide on the customers, their needs, and also the capability of creating a business system.  This paper focuses on SPA of UNIQLO as an orchestrator, and analyzes its design of a business system.
