 note = {P(論文), The main purpose of this study was to conduct an effectiveness analysis on the class of communication for the freshmen. 58 students who took the 1st (pre-test) and 15th (post-test) classes were subjected for a questionnaire. According to the t-tests, the post-test scored higher than the pre-test on the self-evaluation of one’s communication ability and comprehensive level. Also, a qualitative measure revealed that the post-test scored more words in explaining communication than the pre-test. After 3 months of lectures by various members of the same department, students have developed their cognitive complexity in understanding communication as a concept.},
