The Empire established two countries and drafted another between 1848 and1849. These are Die Pillersdorfsche Verfassung, Die oktroyierte M?rzerfassung and Der Kremsierer Entwurf. Despite imperfections, they proclaim the separation of power and the sovereignty of the people and guarantee human rights.
