We hypothesized that a list of related words would more positively influence long term recall than an unrelated word list. Two 30-item lists were developed. One consisted of 10 sets of 3 related words, and the other consisted of 30 unrelated words. For all other aspects related to item difficulty we tried to make the lists equivalent: length in letters, number of syllables, degree of abstractness, part of speech, and frequency. Students received one list and were tested in week two. Then, they received the other list for testing in week three. Approximately three months later, they were tested on both lists.}, pages = {81--87}, title = {語彙リストの構成が長期記憶に与える影響:意味的に関係のある語彙リストと意味的に関係のない語彙リストを使って}, volume = {18}, year = {2004} }
