 note = {P(論文), The purpose of this study is to find a suitable method to develop students’ communication ability. A two-way approac has been used in Development Expression, Debate I and Debate II classes for several years.
 In a Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare report on youth employment in 2004, companies indicated that desired qualities were: communication ability, educational basics, a sense of responsibility, an outgoing personality, qualifications, executive ability, and business manners - all at a high level. This confirms that our approach to business education is oriented towards improving the employment prospects of graduates.
 This is the first stage of a study which is aimed at improving the communication abilities of students.},
