FAS consisted of two program (an intramural program and a program outside the campus), and in each program, students performed various experimental learning work on the theme of the sense of trust which is the central factor in interpersonal-relations. The effect of the programs was examined using the change in sense of trust and self-consciousness through the programs. Research 1(2002 fiscal year) revealed that a program outside the campus especially enhanced students’ sense of basic trust and sense of interpersonal trust. As a result of Research 2(2003 fiscal year), it became clear that each program made the students’ sense of interpersonal trust increase, and their self-diffusion decline. From the above result, FAS had the effect of enhancing students’ sense of trust, especially the sense of interpersonal trust, and it was suggested that this program be available as an educational tool for improvement in abilities in interpersonal-relations.}, pages = {75--89}, title = {対人関係能力向上に関する教育的実践研究-グループワーク・プログラムの開発と実施-}, volume = {19}, year = {2006}, yomi = {モリカミ, ユキオ} }
