| 内容記述 | Japan has far more long-established companies than Europe, where economic activities have been carried out since BC. Almost all companies in Europe could not have succeeded because of the influence of historical wars and political changes et al. In the world, Japan occupies more than 65％ of long-established companies that have been in business for over 200 years. Why are there many long-established companies in Japan? We analyze the factors that are required for business continuity by data from all prefectures in Japan on the family backgrounds and employment environments. Our purpose is to discover the local characteristics necessary for business continuity for over 100 years. |
