The subjects of the study were elderly people with exercise habits. Eleven elderly women between the ages of 69 and 81 years(mean age: 76.64 ± 3.78 years)who were able to perform two fitness measurements were included in the study. The survey was conducted twice, in February and November 2020. The results of the physical fitness measurement showed that flexibility improved significantly, but items related to lower limb muscle groups decreased significantly.
