The following result were obtained. 1)The students who made great efforts were significantly higher than the other in all questionnaire items of effort. 2)The high-achieving group scored significantly higher than the others at all questionnaire items on learning effect. 3)The satisfied group were significantly higher than the others in all questions on satisfaction. The result showed that most participants make a great effort and gain a positive learning effect in skiing knowledge and skills. Furthermore, they were satisfied with not only the practical program but also the environment.
