To achieve this purpose, the researchers undertook historical research on the policy, made a philosophical analysis of childcare support as part of the professional responsibilities of nursery school teachers, and conducted a questionnaire survey on students intending to be nursery teachers. As a result of this review, the following was evident. First, childcare support as part of the professional duty of nursery school teachers has become more important with the declining birthrate.
