 note = {The purpose of this paper is to consider the significance of the collaboration between nursery teacher training schools and attached kindergartens, nursery teacher training, the quality of early childhood care, and the child rearing ability in the local community. To achieve this purpose, the researchers make a philosophical analysis of field experience in attached kindergartens, and undertake historical research on the collaboration between nursery teacher training schools and their attached kindergartens.
　As a result of this review, the following was evident. First, field experience in attached kindergartens brings a temporality to students. Heidegger pointed out that a temporality is actual time. Secondly, from the beginning, nursery teacher training schools and their attached kindergartens have a responsibility for the quality of early childhood care, and child rearing in the local region.},
