| 内容記述 | Original paper of this translation was prepared for the lecture on the occasion of an academic festival at the Warsaw University in 1997 and later published in the booklet entitled “Festiwal Nauki 1997” compiled by the Oriental Institute of the University in Poland. This Lecture was focused on a structure of the pantheon of the deities of the Shinto Religion. Dr. Kotanski discussed on religious meaning of the Cosmology by decoding the meaning of the names of divine beings appeared at the first stage in the Japanese Myth. He stressed that Shinto pantheon was established in order to inform the ancient Japanese people that each deities had the vocation to make this world better situation, more beautiful and more lucking, and to teach to live on the way traced for them by the deities. That was the purpose of the divine plan of the gods in the Japanese Mythology. | |||||
