Although it is necessary for such state branding to include domestic consciousness, it is difficult to see how to achieve such consciousness given this particular catchphrase and the make-up of the action plan. What should be taken more seriously is that it is the state bureaucracy that is creating the state brand itself. 内容記述 | In April of 2009, the Cabinet Secretariat for the Japanese Secretariat of Intellectual Property Strategy Headquarters announced a new Japanese Power, (Nippon Ryoku) campaign together with a Japanese Strategic Branding Action Plan. Although it is necessary for such state branding to include domestic consciousness, it is difficult to see how to achieve such consciousness given this particular catchphrase and the make-up of the action plan.
